The studio also has a built in desk/office area complete with a 32" flat screen TV, U-verse TV Receiver, Wireless Printer, Refrigerator and Microwave.

The gourmet kitchen is built around a 9' x 5' granite topped island that serves as a dining bar and prep area. The kitchen is also fitted with all Viking appliances, two sink area, two disposals, purified water dispenser, under counter drawer microwave, double door refrigerator and much more.

The master bedroom was constructed as part of the 2009 remodel and is very large with a walk-in closet with his and her areas. The master bath has dual sinks, lots of storage, a soaking tub and a large separate shower area.

2 guest rooms and an additional guest bath are upstairs with another guest bedroom and bath located downstairs.

Casa Claire includes 4 late model flat screen TV's and entire home is wired for ATT U-verse with the master bedroom control boxes located in the master closet. The family room also includes a Blue Ray player as well as a Wii game controller. The entire house is covered with WiFi internet access along with 2 wireless printers/fax/copiers.

While visiting Casa Claire, you are only one block from the Coronado Municipal Golf Course, two blocks from the brand new Coronado Public Tennis Center, three blocks from the Coronado Yacht Club and less than a mile from the Hotel Del, the beach and downtown Coronado's Orange Avenue.
